Our ANGLeze jaws are made out of 6061-T6 aluminum. Easy to change for a quick setup. Great for prototype manufacturers and toolmakers for fast change of angles without need to remove jaws from vise.
Dimensions: 6.100 x 2.980 x 0.980", fits standard Kurt vise hole setup - 1/2" bolts 3.875" apart.
Angles are set with provided pins : 0 - 29.5deg by 0.5deg steps and/or 0 - 69deg by 1deg steps with simply inserting a required pin into proper hole and either using provided base bar or C (common) pin and you parallel or directly your part to be machined on the pins and you're all set.
Custom angles are easily achieved by either machining you own pins with a proper diameter or by adding a required thickness of steel shims (not provided) between right angle pin and part/base bar.
All pins are drilled for 6-32 screws that will help to keep the pins snug in the jaw's 1/4" holes. All threaded holes are fit with 18-8 Stainless inserts for long life.
All parts sits in custom designed PETG 3D printed enclosure - silver color . Jaws are secured inside the case using custom sliding locks.
